SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items take 1-3 working days to be processed before shipping.
Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail.
Sticker orders will be shipped via 2nd class stamp.
All other orders will be shipped via Standard or Tracked Delivery.

I try my best to use affordable packaging that is also eco-concious, please remember to recycle as much of the packaging as possible !!
Return & Exchange Policy
I cannot be held responsible for errors of the user end - incorrect addresses or failure to accept the delivery. I do not refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
In most cases, I do not accept returns or refunds, but please contact me if you have a problem with your order. I try my best to list as much information as possible about the items in their descriptions, so please ensure you are happy before purchase.
My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The return costs will be at your expense and must be done with tracking number in order to follow the traceability of the package.
I cannot accept returns for items that are used or damaged and on customised made-to-order items.
ITEMS LOST IN THE MAIL
I use Royal Mail to send items, but very rarely items can go missing. If you’re concerned, please email me. Items can take up to a month to arrive (particularly if it is travelling far, for example: from UK to USA) so please be patient.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the returned item has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and the refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’re done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product back to me. Address is available upon request.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
